Designs
Most of our designs come from our exclusive artist, Yuqi_non, with select collaborations from other artists also featured at ThreDux! Sticker images are brought to life by our graphics artist, MiniSkippy!
General Policies
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, we are happy to refund or replace items with manufacturing defects. Please email us for assistance. Thanks for your understanding!
Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 1–2 weeks, using tracked USPS shipping for secure delivery. Please note, we’re not responsible for USPS-related issues, but reach out via our Contact Form with any concerns.
Timelines
- Pin orders generally take 3–4 months, with possible variations of 1–2 months to be Produced. Orders are packed in the order they’re received. Thank you for your patience!
“Coming Soon” Products
- Products marked “Coming Soon” haven’t been released yet. Follow us on Instagram for updates on upcoming drops and leftover stock announcements.

Please note that our pins are handmade, which may result in minor imperfections:
- We carefully inspect each pin before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Our trusted manufacturer, highly regarded in the pin-making industry, crafts these unique items with care. However, due to their handmade nature, some slight blemishes may occur. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy our Pins!
